Early July we had a pizzabox day at Tiny's hobby. Below I'm showing some of the lay-outs I made with the content of the box.The next pizzabox day is planned for January 21st. And on december 10th we have the album track day where I will learn you a page made with My Minds Eye stuff.

Finally the lay-outs from this summer

I must be the worst person in blogland, but hey...who cares...
Summer went by way too fast, ugly and wet...
Even the country where we normally have our annual sun-water-beach-meeting, Italy, was not as warm and sunny as previous years.
But on the pictures only happy faces!



I took some scrapstuff with and inspiration from Ali Edwards and a CK.
These are the lay-outs I made while the rest of the family was in dreamland ;-) during their afternoon nap.

New scrapevent in France

In february next year, a new scrapevent will be organised in Lille, France! That is good news because it is not far away from Ghent and I hope we will get a chance to meet a few of the famous french scrapdiva's like Kesia, Celine Navarro and Marie-Laure Bollinger.
Nevertheless, I saw that following artists have already announced a workshop at the event: Birgit Koopsen, Donna Downey, Irene Tan, Ingvild Bolme and Nathalie Kalbach. That sounds good too!

Old boardschool in Namur

Last year in January, my brother and his wife came over from Slovakia for a short family holiday in the southern part of Belgium. We rented a house close to Namur, in the middle of nowhere with a beautiful view on the hills.
During one of our trips in the neighbourhood, we ended up in an old boardschool with a chapel and old building in the garden. That building had such a beautiful patina I took some pictures of it.
I used those pictures on the 2 lay-outs above.

Some oldies

Pictures taken during a sunny afternoon at my parents in law with all the grandchildren in the pool.

Olivia loves all kinds of glasses, especially wearing them upside down. ;-)

These pictures were taken 2 years ago when Manu started playing in the swimming pool. Yesterday morning he got his 200m certificate!

If you were thinking I was only busy with the renovation of our home, you are quite right. But now and then I did some scrapping too, just to relax.
